Join the HSU Educational Foundation on Saturday, December 4th, which features the members of the 1st Special Operations Medical Group from Hurlburt Field. The medical group provides the highest quality medical care, community and workplace medical surveillance, and preventive medicine to over 15,000 beneficiaries, promoting and maintaining the health of approximately 8,000 base personnel to ensure a vital and fit force, deployable to any location. 1 SOMDG Airmen are ready medics, delivering trusted care and ensuring medically ready forces and families.

Participants will experience practical hands-on activities, including an introduction to basic life support, ambulance services, and public health, showcasing various enlisted and officer career opportunities as healthcare professionals.

The Game Changers program provides interactive, shared science and technology events for families, inspiring excitement while encouraging critical thinking and problem solving. The Game Changers program is sponsored in part by Gulf Power and usually meets the first Saturday of each month during the school year. Exploring business expertise and STEM technologies together sparks conversations among family members and can help participants apply educational principles to the real world.
