Join the HSU Coding Club South – Mondays after school from 3:00PM to 5:00PM

Welcome to HSU Coding Club, with instruction led by a member of the 1 SOW Air Staff, will empower youth with digital skills and knowledge.

Each week throughout the school year (Coding Club will not meet on President’s Day/Memorial Day), members will meet to learn, discuss, and apply new digital skills toward an ongoing project showcasing their talents.

This year the Coding Club will work on topics tied to industry professionals with projects related to those fields.

Classes are held on Mondays from 3pm-5pm. Participants will begin earning a C# Coding Apprentice Certification .

Ready to level up from just using apps to actually building your own? The C# Coding Apprentice Certification is your first step into the exciting world of real-world programming. In this class, you’ll learn C#, one of the most powerful languages used to create apps, games, and software people use every day. You’ll master the basics of .NET classes, unlock the secrets of object-oriented programming (how the pros organize their code), and explore cool tools like design patterns and LINQ to make your programs smarter and cleaner. By the end, you’ll have the skills to build web, desktop, and even mobile apps. Whether you’re dreaming of becoming a software developer, launching your own tech ideas, or proving you’ve got serious coding talent, this certification shows you’re ready to step up and create.

Participants must be 13 – 18 years of age.
