Join us for an introduction to the exciting world of cyber security with AFA CyberCamp sponsored by Intuitive Research Corporation. The HSU Educational Foundation will host a week long CyberCamp at the HSU Innovation Institute North in Crestview, Florida.

AFA CyberCamps are designed for high school and middle school students who are just getting into cybersecurity and want to learn more. Learn all the basics you will need to start or join a CyberPatriot team at your school next year!

Parents: This camp is for students who have an interest in learning more about securing Windows and Unix operating systems and the field of information security. If your child has no interest in these technologies, another camp may be better suited for them as spending the day on a Unix command line is great for some, a really long day for others.

**Students will be on a computer for the entire camp working to learn cyber security.

Students should bring lunch, snack, and a personal water bottle daily.

This is a week long event from June 8-12, 2026. Camp time is 8:00 AM until 2:30 PM.

Advanced Cyber Patriot will be held the following week, June 15 – 19, 2026.

We use email to communicate. Please make sure you only register for 2 camps. (Cyber Patriot Standard and Cyber Patriot Advanced count as 1 camp because you can’t take advanced without taking standard.)
