About this event
Event lasts 5 days, 4 hours each day
During this Carpentry Camp students will be trained on the safety measures involved in a wood shop and create a project.
Youth in middle and high school who have an interest in learning about careers in the building industry, are invited to join us for the Introduction to Carpentry camp. This camp explores the basics of carpentry and applies the use of workshop tools and equipment with instruction by industry professionals. Participants will explore measuring, cutting, and assembling while developing creativity, problem-solving, and teamwork.
This camp fosters confidence and craftsmanship in a fun, supportive environment!
Students must wear closed toe shoes, short sleeve shirt, and have long hair pulled back for their safety in the woodshop.
Students may bring a snack and drink with their name it each day.
We use email to communicate with updates regarding camps. Please make sure our email address is not going to your spam.
You may only register for 2 camps.
Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns.
