The HSU Educational Foundation with instruction provided by Bit-Wizards presents Networking Fundamentals. Supercomputers, high-end gaming PCs, and the latest smart phone features get all the headlines, but the true power of technology lies in connectivity.

For this exciting session we’ll be looking at the various technologies behind the networks that connect our phones, PCs, TVs, tablets, websites, and smart fridges. Covering topics like Introduction to networking, the OSI model, counting to 10 with only two fingers, Networking Hardware 101 , Protocols, Port Numbers, and IP addresses, and troubleshooting connectivity
issues.

This class is open to all experience levels, middle
school to adult. All participants must be pre-registered to attend.
